First things first -- how do you know if your institution is eligible to participate in UMAP exchanges? A few simple steps will answer this question. Step One You must answer the question "Is the country in which my institution is located eligible to be a member of UMAP?" To determine this, one may simply consult the list of eligible countries that can be found on the UMAP website.
